Changes in reported counts, rather than a measure of crime prevalence. Percentages use the first year as the baseline.

Each dot represents a school with federal records. Counts combine its reporting campuses; enrollment is the denominator in the federal release.

What this view does and does not show
Reported incidents. These are incidents reported to campus security authorities or local police within Clery geography. They are not a measure of crime prevalence.
Geographies overlap. Residence halls are a subset of on-campus property, so those views must not be added together.
Rates need context. Navastra uses the enrollment published in the federal file. Campus footprints, residential populations, and reporting practices differ.
